Job Description
The Maintenance Superintendent is a key member of the Farmer Focus Maintenance leadership team, responsible for independently managing a maintenance team to ensure production machinery is functioning at optimal capacity and facilities and grounds are well maintained.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant progressive maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of food processing systems
- Regulatory requirements governing the food industry
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
