Production Supervisor 1st Shift at Farmer Focus, responsible for Trim Line operations, ensuring a safe, well-organized, efficient operation, and maintaining quality standards of products. Mentor and motivate 40 team members, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth.

Requirements

• Two years' proven supervisory experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes appropriately
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of team members
• Ability to work well with and guide other people effectively and to positively influence the attitude and performance of others
• Bi-lingual English & Spanish preferred but not required
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Champion for safety, quality and GMP standard
