Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Attainment of a higher education degree or professional designation desired.
- Six years personal lines insurance experience, preferably in field marketing, including two years supervisory or account management experience.
- Actively participates in developing and conducting sales and market training for Agency Development, field and executive management in conjunction with Training and Development and executive management– IA Operations.
- Develops and executes short and long-term business and strategic plans with management for Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life and Financial Services products within the territory of operation measured by premium, production, expense loss, and resulting profit.
