Job Description
Farmers is seeking a Personal Lines Product Development Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of product changes and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in a similar role, or a graduate degree and 4 years of experience. The role is a hybrid remote position, with at least 3 days in office and 2 days virtual.
Requirements
- Act as project lead, driving key business decisions & coordinating with stakeholders for alignment and on time delivery.
- Lead the resolution of issues that require coordination with various company departments.
- Identify areas of improvement, initiate change and lead the effort that will result in an improved product change implementation process.
- Represent the product group in various company projects.
