Job Description
We are seeking a RN / LPN to join our skilled nursing facility in Farmington, MN. The primary responsibilities of this position include care planning, resident assessment, medication administration, and monitoring activities performed by nursing assistants. Requirements
- Must possess a current MN RN/LPN license and be in good standing
- Holds a current CPR card
- Direct care experience preferred
