Registered Nurse (RN) - LTCC (#1105)

Northfield Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric residents of the Long Term Care Center. The RN will be responsible for accurately completing resident assessments, formulating nursing plans of care, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current MN RN license
• Prefer experience in Geriatrics
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 6 mo. from start date
