Job Description
The Director of Nursing (DON) LTC/PA-C is responsible for the overall functioning of long term care and post-acute care nursing departments, ensuring high-quality care and promoting wellness for residents/patients. The DON must have a current RN license and a minimum of 3 years of geriatric experience in long-term care/post-acute care.
Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 3 years of geriatric experience in long-term care/post-acute care
- Proven experience as a nurse leader
