Partner Success Manager

Partner Success Manager owns partner relationships from launch through renewal, providing ongoing success, reporting, enablement, growth, and renewal. The role involves relationship management, renewal and expansion, portfolio management, reporting build-out and iteration, and feature request triage.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years in an account management or partner success role at a SaaS or platform company
• Technical skills in form building, workflow generation, and dashboard management
• Data fluency and ability to reason about data at different levels
• Strong project management instincts and ability to track a portfolio of partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
