Senior Manager of Customer Strategy

Faro Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Strategy to join their growing team. The role involves partnering with clinical development teams to achieve meaningful value from Faro's digital protocol solutions. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for transforming clinical development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business advisory, customer success, or customer-facing strategic roles in life sciences
• Strong understanding of pharma R&D, clinical development, or adjacent domains
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements or workstreams simultaneously with strong prioritization and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations and action plans
