Job Description
Manage corporate secretarial duties, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and advise clients on corporate governance matters in a hybrid role.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in company secretarial and compliance work
- Experience with Hong Kong company law and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Malaysias Companies Act 2016 and SSM processes
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- ICSA/MAICSA qualification (or currently pursuing)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client-handling skills
