Job Description
Corporate Secretarial Senior Executive position available with FastLane Group's client, a licensed corporate service provider, based in Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing clients, overseeing company formations, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma, degree, or other professional qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Singapore corporate secretarial experience
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and other relevant regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Service-oriented with mature thinking and a positive attitude
