Job Description
Sleek is looking for a Senior Corporate Secretary Executive to help grow its business in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, with a desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment. As a Senior Corporate Secretary, you will operate as a strategic advisor and trusted governance partner to clients, managing complex corporate secretarial matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing high-quality governance support.
Requirements
- Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Services / Legal Studies or equivalent
- Professionally certified with CGQP qualification and a member of CSIS is preferred
- More than 5 years experience in client facing and handling complex corporate secretarial matters
- Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised and detail-oriented
