As a Senior People Business Partner:in for our DACH region, you will join a passionate team dedicated to building a purpose-driven, living work environment - a place where people can thrive and make a difference for our planet.

Requirements

• - Build strong, trust-based relationships with your management teams
• - Act as a close sparring partner for People-related topics
• - Use your HR expertise to handle complex cases independently and advise management on organizational design
• - Function as a local point of contact for labor law and HR practice in Germany and, at the same time, build and pass on knowledge for Switzerland and Austria
• - Be responsible for talent, performance, and succession planning in your region or departments
• - Work closely with our local Talent Acquisition team to translate business insights into proactive and long-term hiring plans
• - Identify competence gaps in your teams and, together with the People team and your local leads, develop and implement practical learning measures that allow people to grow in their roles
• - Lead and co-create cross-functional People projects across the entire Fastned company
