We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior People Business Partner to join our team in Berlin. The role will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, combining strategic HR partnership, operational excellence, and deep labour law expertise to deliver meaningful results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior HR or People Business Partner
• Strong knowledge of German labour law, employee relations, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in German is a must
• Experience in talent development, coaching managers and teams
