Storage24 is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive people excellence and business performance. As a trusted advisor to C-level leaders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future and creating a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Senior HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role
• Strong understanding of business drivers and metrics, with the ability to translate them into effective HR practices
• Experience in driving organisational and cultural change, ideally in a performance-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of labour law, ideally across Germany and France
• Fluency in English and German, with French as a plus
• An international mindset and willingness to travel monthly between offices in France, Germany and Denmark
