Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Storage24 is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to take the organization to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organizational and cultural change, with strong knowledge of labour law and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Senior HR Business Partner or in a comparable senior HR role
• Strong understanding of business drivers and metrics, with the ability to translate them into effective HR practices
• Experience in driving organisational and cultural change, ideally in a performance-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of labour law, ideally across Germany and France
• A results-driven mindset combined with strong people skills and empathy
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
• A charismatic and assertive presence, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English and German, with French as a plus
• An international mindset and willingness to travel monthly between our offices in France and Germany and occasionally Denmark
