Loan Officer - Outside Sales - Genstone Financial

Genstone is seeking a Loan Officer to proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and sell correspondent and approved brokered mortgage products. The successful candidate will work closely with internal customers, conduct borrower interviews, and analyze financial and credit data to determine financing objectives and advise on product eligibility and pricing.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• Active NMLS license required, with multiple state licenses preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in mortgage originations
• Prior experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably Encompass
• Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
