Banking Operations Officer

The Banking Operation Officer is responsible for gathering information, uploading it, breaking it down to customers, helping them apply, and following up with banks until the client receives what they applied for. The role involves analyzing and improving processes, guiding clients through troubleshooting, reviewing client applications, and delivering reports to management.

• Good Mathematical Skills
• Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• High communication skills
• Adequate knowledge of basic banking products
• Fluent in Arabic & English written/spoken
• Training experience in a bank (Preferred)
