Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage customer receivables and collections related to customer billing for product sales, providing timely communication and information, and maintaining customer credit limits.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable within a company that sells physical products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong analytical ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and working knowledge of ERP Systems
