FCCN – Serviços Digitais para a Educação seeks a Network Operations Center (NOC) Specialist to manage the NOC team, responsible for developing and operating digital services to support the national educational ecosystem.
Requirements
- Coordinate the NOC operation on a 24x7 basis, managing shifts, schedules, and escalations
- Manage incidents and problems, ensuring quick response, proper prioritization, and effective communication
- Monitor end-to-end networks, systems, and critical services, including first- and second-line triage
- Optimize operational processes and monitoring tools, aligned with ITIL and automation/AIOps, aiming to reduce MTTA and MTTR
- Communicate incident impact and estimated resolution times in real-time to stakeholders
- Produce executive reports on operational performance, availability, and SLA compliance
- Ensure operational governance, including SLAs/OLAs, capacity planning, business continuity, and coordination with suppliers
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and intervention windows
- Ensure support and operations in data centers, in coordination with specialized technical teams
