Job Description
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily distribution operation of Orange Depot and potentially Stamford and Danbury. They work closely with District Managers to maintain a strong delivery force, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and on-time. This is a night-time position, usually between 11pm – midnight, and can include weekends and holidays. The role focuses on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Contract management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to perform physical activities.
- Fundamental proficiency with computers and technology.
- Effective leadership qualities/skills.
