Job Description
The Distribution Supervisor oversees the daily distribution of products (both produced and distributed) within the Orange Depot and potentially other locations, maintaining effective contractor delivery and meeting financial objectives. This is a night-time shift typically from 11pm to midnight and includes weekends and holidays. The role involves distribution, supervising contractors, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Contract management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding.
- Good understanding of basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to perform physical activities.
- Fundamental proficiency with computers and technology.
- Effective leadership qualities/skills.
- Ability to plan effectively, including scheduling.
- Valid Driver’s License, insurance and reliable vehicle.
