Job Description
The Distribution Supervisor oversees the distribution of products via independent contractors, including both home delivery and retail sales, in a nighttime shift. They maintain a company-wide delivery system and ensure product quality delivery. This is a night-time position typically from 11pm to midnight and weekends and holidays, involving administrative tasks and budget management.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding and resolve disputes.
- Good understanding of basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of physical activities.
- Fundamental proficiency with computers and technology.
- Effective leadership qualities/skills.
- Ability to plan effectively, including scheduling.
