
Job description
Join FDJ UNITED as a Helpdesk Technician N1 in Bordeaux, supporting clients with technical issues and ensuring company standards are met. This role is part of a team that contributes to the Payment and Services activity of the FDJ Group.
Take calls, collect needs, qualify and resolve requests and incidents, and escalate to level 2 when necessary. Accompany clients in setting up their equipment remotely.
You should have perfect oral ease, good written expression, experience in customer support, and comfort with the IT environment. Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and analytical capacity are also required.
