Build the systems that directly shape how revenue is created, scaled, and accelerated across a modern, data-driven GTM engine. Design and build the end-to-end signal-driven GTM system across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Qualified, and Profound.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM systems roles such as Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Engineering, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes
- Strong hands-on experience with core GTM technologies, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot, with exposure to tools such as Clay and Salesloft considered a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build and ship scalable systems that deliver measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, or conversion performance
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and experience influencing cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps in a matrixed organisation
