Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Assistant General Counsel to provide legal advice to Bank departments and managers, minimize legal risk, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of a state bar, Texas license preferred
- 5+ years of legal experience
- In-house experience with a corporation in the financial services industry or financial regulatory agency will be a plus
- Knowledge of the law related to banking and financial services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client service ethic
- Strong business acumen
