Integration Analyst role at the Quebec Federation of Municipalities, responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining innovative technological solutions to support internal functioning and service provision to municipalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, including 3 in technology solution integration
- Knowledge of Zendesk (an asset)
- Practical experience in configuring and optimizing enterprise solutions (CRM, ERP, financial management, LMS, ITSM, etc.)
- Knowledge of API, XML, REST, JSON formats (an asset)
- Knowledge of Windows environments (Office 365, Azure, etc.)
- Good ability to understand business processes and solve problems
- Ability to read and understand technical and functional specifications
- User-centric approach
- Ability to define and structure needs from partial or high-level data
- Knowledge of an agile method and a project documentation framework
