Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- 10+ years' experience in commercial roles with strong customer focus.
- Proven track record of driving sales and margin contribution in customers' accounts.
- Ambition to drive superior business results and bring a strong customer-centric approach.
- Resilience in a very dynamic market, adapting quickly to change and maintaining focus under pressure.
- Experience in structured environments with rigorous commercial processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.).
- Ideally, experience in B2B sectors serving end consumers (wine industry, cosmetics, household, personal care, food industry) and/or in packaging, printing, or labels.
- Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, ability to influence and develop talent.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Native German and English; Spanish and Italian is a plus.
