Sales Support

The Sales Support role is responsible for assisting in the overall day-to-day operations of the sales team, managing assigned customer accounts, and identifying opportunities for sales growth.

Requirements

• Build strong customer relationships
• Enter customer orders into ERP order management
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Supply positive, fast, and complete support resolutions to customers
• Know the product catalog
• Monitor orders before the cut-off time for next day delivery
• Manage each day towards exceeding team sales goals
• Assist with customer specific pricing audits
• Keep the appropriate accounts' order guides up to date
• Maintain customer specific contact lists
• Provide regular updates to management
• Work closely with the marketing and outside sales teams
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the team
• Adapt your communication approach by customer
• Assist in conducting cold call prospecting for new customers
• Use CRM tool to document client interactions and track progress
• Assist in account set up for online order entry
• Provide item maintenance team with relevant information
