Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier excellence of care and work with adults of all ages in the Encino area. The Occupational Therapist will assess and evaluate patient care needs, determine a treatment plan, and evaluate patient progress. Responsibilities include providing services defined by state laws, leading patients in therapeutic activities, observing and reporting patient responses, and instructing patients and families in therapy areas.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Bilingual a plus!
