Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier excellence of care and work with adults of all ages. The Occupational Therapist will assess and evaluate patient care needs and develop a treatment plan to improve patient wellbeing.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Bilingual a plus!
