Job Description
This position is for an Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist to deliver premier excellence of care and work with adults of all ages in the Murrieta area. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs and determining a treatment plan.
Requirements
- Provide services defined by the state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy
- Lead the patient in the use of therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to improve functioning and safety
- Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition
