Job Description
This is a customer service role focused on providing exceptional service to clients at a Wixom dealership. Service BDC Representatives will handle customer interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction. They'll also work collaboratively with team members and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
