FĂ©lix is a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. that is revolutionizing remittances with an AI-powered chatbot. As Regional Growth Manager for Colombia and the Dominican Republic, you will drive brand growth and adapt global messaging to local contexts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience in fast-growth consumer tech
- Deep understanding of the Colombian and/or Dominican markets, media landscapes, and consumer behavior
- Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English
- Proven ability to launch and scale regional programs in fast-growth environments
- Strategic mind and hands-on approach to execution
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong relationships with both regional peers and central marketing stakeholders
