Regional Growth Manager

Félix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. and is looking for a Regional Growth Manager for Colombia and the Dominican Republic to drive brand growth and adapt global messaging to local contexts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience
• Ideal experience in fast-growth consumer tech (Fintech, Remittances, Delivery, or similar B2C businesses)
• Proven ability to launch and scale regional programs in fast-growth environments
• Cultural fluency in Colombian and/or Dominican markets, media landscapes, and consumer behavior
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong relationships with both regional peers and central marketing stakeholders
