Job Description
We're looking for a Visual Designer to create brand-forward, performance-driven creative across paid, web, email, and marketplace channels to help Fellow show up beautifully and convert effectively across every customer touchpoint.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual or digital design across brand and performance marketing
- Designed paid media creative and understand how design decisions impact performance
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building and maintaining design systems
- Can design within constraints while still delivering elevated, thoughtful brand work
- Enjoy collaborating closely with marketers and agency partners
- Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning execution end-to-end
- Have an appreciation for well-designed consumer products and an interest in the specialty coffee space
