Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing for marketing, advertising, or product
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of marketing design work, including video and motion examples
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Figma
- Strong understanding of design principles, including screen layout, color theory, typography, and motion design
- Ability to produce consistent, on-brand work across a variety of formats and channels
- Comfort working through feedback with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Clear, thoughtful communication skills with both creative and cross-functional partners
