Senior Analyst, Commercial Asset Management

The Senior Analyst, Commercial Asset Management will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team environment in the core areas of analysis, strategy execution, and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in business, economics, real estate, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and associated cash flow modelling and valuation experience
• Experience with Argus Enterprise software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
