Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management to join our dynamic and growing team at Nicola Wealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Asset Management Team, with a focus on financial analysis, leasing, and insurance appraisal processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of real estate experience in asset management, appraisal, brokerage or related sectors
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance, real estate or a related discipline
- Experience with financial modeling and discounted cash flow analysis
- Sound understanding of real estate valuation methods
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience with Argus
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US, plus a valid driver's license
