Analyst, Real Estate Investments

Nicola Wealth is seeking an Analyst, Real Estate Investments to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, research, report/presentation preparation, due diligence and reporting in support of the investment teams objectives.

Requirements

• Completion of Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma with an emphasis in real estate or finance
• 1-3 years of real estate experience in asset management, appraisal, brokerage or related sectors
• Familiarity with commercial leases and related legal documentation
• Experience with Excel-based financial modeling, development pro-formas and discounted cash flow analysis
• Sound understanding of real estate valuation methods
• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Powerpoint, MS Excel, ARGUS and/or other real estate modelling tools
• Relevant modelling training or certifications is an asset
