Job Description
Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Financial Analyst to support assignments ranging from single-asset dispositions to large portfolio sales. Responsibilities include underwriting investment opportunities, analyzing financial documents, and collaborating with teams to deliver professional materials. The ideal candidate will bring strong foundational knowledge of financial and valuation concepts and a demonstrated interest in real estate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of commercial real estate underwriting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling
- Two (2) years of experience in ARGUS
- Demonstrated experience valuing income-producing properties and abstracting leases
- Proven ability to build complex cash-flow models and interpret financial statements
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
