Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant or EMT Program
• Current CPR Certification
• Ability to work as a team member
• Demonstrates a professional appearance, demeanor, and deportment as befitting a health care professional in an ambulatory care setting.
• Understands and is familiar with basic medical terminology
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients and vendors across the spectrum of diversity
• Willingness to contribute towards Fenway’s efforts in becoming an anti-racist organization
