Experienced Automotive Service Advisor- Ferman Ford Countryside

Ferman Ford Countryside is hiring for an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor with at least 2 years of experience. The role involves meeting people, building relationships, and providing a best-in-class Guest service experience. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, performing walk-around vehicle inspections, and creating Service Repair Orders. The ideal candidate is friendly, presents a positive attitude, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Ability to achieve exceptional CSI scores
• Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex automotive terms and procedures
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task effectively
• Valid US government issued Driver's License
• Safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States
