We need Service Advisors with at least 2 years of experience who enjoy meeting people, building relationships and providing a best-in-class Guest service experience.
Requirements
- Greet Guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Perform walk-around vehicle inspection with Guest
- Consult with Guest and Service Technician to recommend services needed
- Create Service Repair Order detailing all work to be performed
- Maintain timely and continuous communication with Guest regarding vehicle status
- Advise Guests on the care and value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Strictly follow the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and procedures
- Manage and oversee the workflow and scheduling with team of technicians
- Maintain excellent CSI scores
