Requirements
- Review online vehicle inventory daily
- Engage with guests through multiple online channels
- Film brief vehicle overviews
- Schedule and confirm guest test drives
- Be well-versed in brand product knowledge
- Regularly communicate with guests until sale has closed
- Prospect for new business using dealership database
- Update and manage guest profiles in dealership database
- Maintain CSI scores equal to, or above, manufacturer requirements
