Requirements
- Review online vehicle inventory daily
- Respond and engage with in-store and online sales inquiries
- Film brief vehicle overviews and send to Guest for vehicle(s) of interest
- Schedule and confirm Guest’s test drive appointment
- Be well-versed in brand product knowledge and competitive product knowledge
- Prospect for new business using dealership database and networking
- Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database
- Maintain CSI scores equal to, or above, manufacturer requirements
