Talent Acquisition Partner for Japan, Korea, and Australia Markets, responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent pipeline management, and employer branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Solid experience in talent acquisition with exposure to Japan and/or Korea hiring markets
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, and cultural nuances
- Knowledge of Workday or a similar ATS/HRIS
