Requirements
- Degree qualified and experienced in technical earthworks design and construction support roles
- Chartered (e.g. CEng MICE) professional qualification desired
- Excellent knowledge of relevant earthworks design standards and its applicability for the design
- Ability to lead and manage a team with competing priorities with a focus on what is ‘best for project’
- Management of commercial/contractual aspects of projects with suppliers and client
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of influencing and negotiating with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
