Civil Estimator

Fessler and Bowman is seeking a Civil Estimator to assist in the successful bidding of projects, including bid analysis, plan review, quantity take-offs, and subcontractor pricing collection. The Assistant Estimator will work closely with the Estimating Team to develop and refine bid strategies and provide support in post-bid activities such as value engineering and cost analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction or estimating
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
