Job Description
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will oversee and manage the compensation and benefits programs for Fessler & Bowman, ensuring that pay structures and benefits remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation structures, and benefits administration
- Exceptional analytical, communication, organization, and negotiation skills
